1. General Terms

By using our website or booking any service:

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.


3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or official contact channels.

  • Full payment may be required to confirm certain bookings.

  • All prices listed on the website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless stated otherwise.

  • Once payment is completed, a booking confirmation and invoice will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard)

  • Bank Transfer (if arranged)

  • Cash (only for select services)

We use a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway for all online transactions.


4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

4.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • 48+ hours before service: Full refund or free rescheduling.

  • 24–48 hours before service: 50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours: No refund.

  • No-show: No refund.

4.2 Non-Refundable Services

Some services—such as attraction tickets (Museum of the Future, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Frame, etc.)—are non-refundable once issued due to supplier policies.

4.3 Company-Initiated Cancellations

If we cancel a service due to weather, operational issues, or safety concerns:

  • Customer will be offered a full refund or free rescheduling.


5. Changes to Bookings

  • All changes must be requested via email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the service time.

  • Change requests are subject to availability.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during booking.

  • Be available on time at the agreed pickup location.

  • Follow safety instructions provided by our team or service partners.

  • Ensure all passengers, including children, meet age/height requirements for certain activities.

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, customer lateness, or force majeure.


7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Venezia Tourism acts as a service provider and facilitator; some experiences are operated by licensed third-party partners.

  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, accident, or delay caused by third-party operators or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers join all tours and activities at their own risk.

  • Personal belongings and valuables are the responsibility of the customer.


8. Travel Documents & Compliance

For certain services (e.g., cruise pickup, airport transfers), customers must ensure:

  • Valid ID or passport

  • Correct entry permits (if applicable)

We are not responsible for issues arising from invalid travel documents.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on www.veneziadubai.com, including images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Venezia Tourism and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.


10. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is collected only for booking and communication purposes.

  • We do not store or share credit card details with third parties.
