1. General Refund Conditions

2. Customer-Initiated Refunds

48+ hours before the service
→ Full refund

24–48 hours before the service
→ 50% refund

Less than 24 hours before the service
→ No refund

No-shows
→ No refund


3. Non-Refundable Items

Due to supplier policies, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Burj Khalifa Tickets

  • Museum of the Future

  • Dubai Frame

  • Theme Parks

  • Any ticketed attraction

  • Special promotions or discounted bookings


4. Refunds for Company-Initiated Cancellations

If Venezia Tourism cancels a service due to weather, operational issues, or safety concerns:

→ Full Refund, or
→ Free Rescheduling

Customers may choose their preferred option.


5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within:

  • 7–14 business days for online card payments

  • Immediate or next working day for cash refunds (if applicable)
