Due to supplier policies, the following items are non-refundable:

Dubai Frame
Theme Parks
Any ticketed attraction
Special promotions or discounted bookings
4. Refunds for Company-Initiated Cancellations
If Venezia Tourism cancels a service due to weather, operational issues, or safety concerns:
→ Full Refund, or
→ Free Rescheduling
Customers may choose their preferred option.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within:
7–14 business days for online card payments
Immediate or next working day for cash refunds (if applicable)
