Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how customers may cancel their booking with Venezia Tourism.
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted via email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation fees apply based on the time of cancellation:

| 24–48 hours | 50% Refund |
| Less than 24 hours | Non-Refundable |
| No-show | Non-Refundable |
2. Non-Cancellable Bookings
The following bookings cannot be cancelled once confirmed due to supplier restrictions:
Attraction Tickets
Theme Parks
Museum of the Future
Burj Khalifa
Dubai Frame
Promotional Packages
3. Company-Initiated Cancellations
Venezia Tourism reserves the right to cancel any service due to:
Bad weather
Vehicle issues
Safety concerns
Government regulations
Insufficient participants
If we cancel a service, the customer will receive:
→ Full refund

→ Free rescheduling
